When I first started looking for a business to own, I considered several different types before deciding on the coin laundry industry. Fortunately for me, my choice of a Laundromat business proved to be a good one, as it has allowed me to own a business without having to be a slave to it. By owning a Laundromat, I now have the freedom of being able to work part-time and to set my schedule around my other activities.
I wrote, “Secrets of Buying and Owning Laundromats” because the self-service laundry industry has given so much to me and my family, that I wanted to give something back. My hope is that it will help those interested in starting a Laundromat avoid many of the mistakes that I made and give seasoned operators some new ideas which could significantly improve their operations.
