Life has an interesting way to zigging and zagging for all of us and I am no different.  For myself, I have decided to retire and do some more traveling.  While I can continue to do this, while owning the Laundromats, it just makes more sense for me to sell my Bay Area locations and pass on the businesses to others.  This means there is an incredible opportunity for the right individual(s).

Coin Laundries opened more than 2 years are valued based upon a multiple of net operating income.  Those stores that have been opened less than two years are valued based upon a Proforma of what the store income will likely make by year 3.  Proformas tend to be conservative and a smart operator can almost always out perform them.

Most laundries require a minimum of 35% - 40% cash down, with financing options available to qualified buyers.
